My wife and I had paid for two train tickets from Kiev to Kharkov through your agency and arranged for pick up in Borispol airport. When we missed our connecting flight and arrived 2 hours late, our plans were in complete disarray. How pleased we were to see Victor Fedosyuk in the terminal, holding a yellow sign reading "James Davis" in his hand, almost 2.5 hours after our scheduled arrival!
