Just a note to say thanks for your help with our delayed flight to Kiev & reorganising the rep Alex, who was really helpful. He waited for us at the airport until midnight, drove us to a hotel near Zhuliary airport then woke up the hotel owner to get us accommodation for the night! We would have been stuffed without him.
The sleeper train was great, especially after a hectic week in which we had delayed & missed flights, a lost visa card & our Kiev to London flight cancelled by the airline by mistake! The train mellowed us out a bit!
